The word “church” in the New Testament never refers to a religious building, but rather a
called-out company of believers. Believers are to take no other name but what scriptures
allow - Christians, disciples, saints, etc. If an assembly has a building for its collective
gatherings, it is not a sanctuary in the Biblical sense. Gospel Hall is simply a name for the
building that describes what it is used for - primarily the preaching of the gospel.
